Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Veda Gurukulam invites applications to enroll students for the academic year commencing May 2024. The Veda Gurukulam shall educate students, completely free of cost, both in parāvidyā (spiritual education) and aparāvidyā (material education) for a period of 15 years, starting from primary school to University education. ṛgveda and yajurveda, and vedānta, will be the primary focus, alongside material education in the NIOS Board Curriculum, by which students will be eligible to appear for the respective Secondary (Grade 10) and Senior Secondary (Grade 12) examinations. Further more, University Education will be made available to students in the streams of Bachelor of Arts in Vedic Studies and Master of Arts in Vedic Studies. Special training on English speaking skills for effective communication, as well as computers will be imparted. The Veda Gurukulam also offers free boarding and lodging for the entire tenure of the students’ stay.
The goal of the Veda Gurukulam is to send students across the country and the world to spread vedantic teachings to all of mankind, after having acquired the necessary knowledge and skills.
Note: Admissions for Veda Gurukulam are open for the academic year 2024-2025.
