- Target Group: Talented boys from rural/underserved backgrounds.
- Age Criteria: 10 years to 12 years (born between April 01, 2014 and March 31, 2016).
- Academic Requirement: Must have completed 5th-level studies.
- Selection: Based purely on merit and potential.
