Registration for Admission to Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam Hostels at various locations in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana is available now. Students (Boys/Girls) who have passed 5th std / are studying now and were born between 1 Apr 2014 and 31st Mar 2016 can only apply.

Please  fill all the details  i.e.  Applicant’s Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name in the application as per the Official School records.

Selection Process: As a part of the selection process, those who have submitted duly completed online applications, will be called for a campus visit and interaction to the first preference Gurukulam Hostel location to know the environment, culture and the routine. Parents & student visit will be only to the Gurukulam location where first preference is indicated in the application submitted online. (Please fill your WhatsApp number in the application)

Based on the campus visit and interaction during 2nd visit / subsequent visits, only suitable and interested parents and student will be called for next stage of assessment at that Gurukulam hostel  location. Applications of those who are not called next stage of assessment after preliminary visit and interaction to the campus, are considered as closed.

Hostel Curriculum: Gurukulam Hostels have the curriculum that is designed under guidance of Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, focused for both spiritual and general development of students in addition to academic knowledge growth.   All the students of hostel would be supported for the curriculum of  National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) for academic education*.

The last date for registering through online application form  is 20th January 2026.  Incomplete applications or incorrect applications will be rejected.

The date and time of the Parent Student assessment  for those shortlisted after preliminary visit and interaction to Gurukulam  campus  will be communicated by the Gurukulam. The student has to be accompanied by both the parents at the campus location  as intimated. Please carry a copy of the 4th standard annual mark sheet and 5th standard midterm/final  mark sheet and two photographs of the student, one set of parents photograph  and Aadhar card copy of parents and the student  for the assessment.
